We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, and other approved methods. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for the highest success rate, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes as immigration decisions are ultimately made by government authorities. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question
  • We are not liable for delays caused by government processing times or actions beyond our control
  • We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Ukraine Immigration Support and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if:

  • You fail to make required payments
  • You engage in abusive or threatening behavior

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Kyiv, Ukraine.
